OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Selection of practical, functional and aesthetic solutions according to the type of fireplace insert:
Type, material or colour of the firebox – Position of the firebox – Type of glazing – Design of the cover frame – Variation of the control elements – Addition of accumulation elements – Hot air and hot water exchanger – Change of the ash tray – Integration of a second casing – Solution with folding door – Designer grid frame – Supporting structure – Adding a post at the glass junction.
-
SEGMENT CHAMOTTE LINNING /SO/
- Division of the fireplace into smaller, fitting into each other chamotte segments.
- The main advantages of the segmented design are the elimination of internal stress (the micro-gaps between the segments act as expansion joints) and simple, cost-effective servicing (a damaged segment can be replaced without replacing the entire firebox).
- Increased thickness of the refractory fireclay provides greater durability and heat accumulation
- Variants:
-
- light segment chamotte lining – SO (brick design)
- black segment chamotte lining – SOČ (brick design)
-
-
BLACK PRINTED GLASS /SM/
- Refractory ceramic glass – external
- The black print design, combined with the moulding (in stainless steel or black)
- Gives the fireplace insert a modern look
- The glass appears visually larger, creating a frameless effect
- Particularly suitable for fireplaces in modern interiors
-
CONTROL GRIP-HANDLE
- For controlling the door movement
- Depending on the size and type of fireplace insert, as well as the type of door opening
- Fixed or removable
- Stainless steel (inox) or black
- for:
- LD design door – fixed grip-handle RP2
- LD2 design door – lever RP1
- VD design door:
-
- removable grip-handle MO1, or
- fixed grip-handle MP2 or MP3
-
-
COVER FRAME /KR/
- Enhances the aesthetic appearance and conceals the expansion seal around the fireplace insert
- Available in steel or brushed stainless steel
- Fixed / removable
- KRO-VDA: removable cover frame for fireplace inserts with VD door opening, in VDA design, i.e. an “L”-profile frame with a standard 25 mm trim
- KRO-A: for fireplace inserts with LD door opening, in A design, i.e. an “L”-profile frame with a standard 30 mm trim; available in 2S / 3S / 4S versions (2-/3-/4-sided)
- KRP-I: fixed cover frame – 5 mm thick “I”-profile, zero trim
-
REAR CHARGING DOOR /PD/
- Loading door
- Double-sided designs of fireplace inserts
- Door shield design (sheet metal/chamotte), helps prevent radiant heat from reaching the area
- Allows fuel to be loaded from an adjacent room or from a different side of the fireplace, even while the appliance is in operation
- Available either as a full door or as a loading door with a viewing window
- The loading door can be fitted with a decorative cover frame
-
HOT WATER EXCHANGER /TV/
- The fireplace insert with an integrated water heat exchanger provides hot water for the central heating system
- The water heat exchangers are designed for installation with the following fireplace inserts: CHOPOK L LD, CHOPOK L VD, CHOPOK L LD PD, CHOPOK L VD PD and with the following fireplace stoves ROTO a KPL
- The connection of each appliance to the system must be designed by a qualified designer and carried out by an authorised professional
-
HOT AIR EXCHANGER
- Efficiently utilises otherwise unused energy from flue gases
- The hot air heat exchangers are designed for connection to ROTO and KPL fireplace stoves
- 2 types: 1,5kW NADSTAVBA and 3kW VERTIKAL
-
CHAMOTTE HEAT ACCUMULATION QUADRANT 170 190 210 260 /APOS/
- The additional heat storage set consists of five rows of heat storage segments forming a cylindrical segmented unit
- Installation: around the flue pipe
- The stored heat is released into the room steadily and evenly, even after the fire has gone out
- Material: chamotte
- Available sizes: DN 170, DN 190, DN 210 and DN 260 (inner ring diameter)
-
INTEGRATED ACCUMULATION HEAT EXCHANGER /AV/
- The additional heat storage set consists of five rows of heat storage segments forming an oval segmented cylinder.
- Installation: around the steel body of the fireplace insert
- It stores the heat transferred from the steel body to the fireclay lining.
- The stored heat is released into the room steadily and evenly, even after the fire has gone out.
- It helps prevent overheating of the building.
- The heat storage units are designed for EKO, CHOPOK and STABIL fireplace insert ranges in L, O, R90 and 2R90 configurations, as well as for ROTO and KPL fireplace stoves.
-
CONVECTIONAL CASING /DP/
- The convective secondary casing facilitates the construction of the fireplace enclosure and the distribution of warm air.
- Faster air circulation between the fireplace insert and the additional secondary casing enables the room to heat up more quickly.
- The heating system operates more efficiently.
- The secondary casing is essential when the fireplace is used to heat multiple rooms
-
EXTERNAL ASHTRAY /VOP/
- The ash pan is separated from the combustion chamber.
- Separate access door – the ash pan can be operated independently of the main fireplace door.
- Structurally integrated into the fireplace base.
- The ash pan housing has an adjustable depth.
- The removable ash container allows for easy and clean ash removal and handling.
-
INTEGRAL BUILDING LINTEL /SPI/
- An additional load-bearing structure directly integrated into the fireplace insert construction
- Increases the load-bearing capacity of the fireplace insert
- Evenly distributes the weight of the heavy fireplace enclosure around the insert, eliminating point loads on the floor
-
DESIGN GRID – TUNEL
- Aesthetically complements the fireplace insert, creating a perfectly coordinated and unified appearance
- The grids are supplied as a set (upper + lower)
- Made from the same material as the trim frame
- The grid placement is coordinated with the insert configuration (L, O, R90 – left/right, 2R90, O/R90) and the overall design of the fireplace insert
- This product is not part of the standard range and is manufactured exclusively on request
-
FIXED CORNER / PILLAR AT THE GLASS JUNCTION
- For corner fireplace inserts with an LD door opening
- Classic fireplace insert design: fixed corner post(s) on the corner(s) of the fireplace insert, with the door framed around the entire perimeter of the glass
- optional grip-handle position (right or left)
